This reservation is for private use of our Conference Room for up to 10 guests. It includes access to a private conference room with a windowed view of the city, 55 inch smart TV, projector, whiteboard, high-speed WIFI, use of coffee bar and water cooler. The room is pre-furnished with a mid-century style table and ergonomic chairs.

Cleaning and Covid-19 Protocol
- Sweep, mop, vacuum and wiping of surfaces in order to provide a clean space.
- A hand washing station with soap, warm water and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
- Clean common areas including bathrooms, kitchens and entrances.
- Collection and cleaning of dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
- Removal of garbage and adding new lining to cans.
Parking Availability
Paid street parking or paid parking lots are available nearby.
Overtime will be billed in half-hour increments. The space must be vacated and all items brought into the space must be removed by the end time of your reservation. Overtime will be billed in half-hour increments at a rate of 1.5 times our stated hourly rate.
Cleaning/ Damages
Cleaning fee is included in the hourly rate, although guests are expected to leave the space in the same condition they found it in. Guests must respect the space and we ask that guests clean up after themselves. Guests must remove any items, you bring in and should factor any setup and teardown time in your booking hours. No nails, screws, staples or any penetrating items should be used on walls. Any tape or gummed backing materials must be removed properly. Damages (walls, floors, furniture, etc.) will be billed to the credit card on file.
Furniture
Please notify us in advance if you need to move furniture in the space to suit your event needs.
Miscellaneous
There is no smoking allowed in the spaces. No glitter of confetti can be used. There is no open flame or frying allowed on site or any cooking that will create smoke. Please refer to our Terms and Conditions for more information.
Guest Cancellation Terms
- Cancellation is within 24 hours of the reservation start date/time:
- No refund will be issued to the Guest
- Payment as usual will be issued to the Host
- Example: Guest books on Monday for a Saturday evening reservation. Guest decides to cancel on Saturday morning, no refund will be issued to the guest.
- Example: Guest books on Monday morning for Monday evening reservation. Guest decides to cancel on Monday afternoon, no refund will be issued to the guest.
- Cancellation is within 24 hours AND more than 24 hours before reservation start date/time:
- Limited refund is issued; Guest will be refunded minus the merchant service fee (appx 3%)
- If Guest cancels 24 hours within booking date/time and it is not within 24 hours of reservation date/time. Guest will receive full refund minus the merchant service fee (appx 3%).
- Cancellation is more than 24 hours after booking AND more than 24 hours before reservation start date/time:
- Partial refund is issued, 50% of the reservation cost minus booking/processing fees will be issued (appx 10%)
- Example: Guest books on Monday morning for Saturday evening. Guest decides to cancel on Tuesday afternoon. Guest will receive partial refund.
Host Cancellation Terms
- Cancellation is within 24 hours of the reservation start date/time:
- Guest will receive 100% refund (reservation cost + processing fee)
- Host is liable for the merchant service fee (appx 3%)
- Example: Host accepts reception on Monday morning for a Sunday evening reservation. Host decides to cancel reservation Sunday morning. Host is liable for applicable fee.
- Cancellation is more than 24 hours before the reservation start date/time:
- Full refund is issued to guest, including processing fees
- Host is not liable for any fees. (MyHublet assumes the fees)
- Example: Host accepts a reservation on Monday evening for Saturday morning. Host decides to cancel the reservation on Wednesday evening with valid reasons. Guest will receive full refund and MyHublet will cover the processing fee.
